Store Policy In case of a disparity between the online and store prices, the store price will be the one taken into account unless there is the special mention: "online promotion only". Unless there is a special mention, promotions in store are the same online.

Shipping

Please take note that we do not only deliver in Canada. International shipping fees will be dealt case by case.

Our official transporter is Canada Post. We use Canada Post's Expedited Parcels. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the transporter picks up the package.

2. between 0$ and 89.99$= 15,00$ shipping fees

Delays in shipping vary depending on store availability. If a bought product is unavailable, you will be contacted before payment is captured to offer you a replacement product or to cancel your order. You will then receive a confirmation email.

Specific provincial sale taxes The taxes subject and specific to each province will be applied directly to the total of the invoice.

Shipping Times:

Québec and Ontario : 1 to 4 working days.

Rest of Canada : 3 to 7 working days.

Most of our orders placed before 3pm from monday to friday are shipped the same day.

Most of our orders are valuable. This is why we chose Canada Post. If you are not available at home to receive your order, your package will be brought to the nearest Post Office. You will have a notice in your mailbox or on your door to tell you exactly where and when to go pick it up. Once the order has been shipped the delivery address cannot be changed.

All warranties are assumed by the manufacturers.

Replacement, credit or repair is under the manufacturer's discretion.

To honor its warranty, the manufacturer needs:

Exchange policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your articles in brand new condition with your bill, inside below's mentioned delays:

Within 10 days : you can return your article. You will be given the choice to exchange your article or get a store credit.
